Custom Process

  1. Email what you have in mind (pictures if possible). We’ll give an estimated quote and work around your budget.

  2. In-person or online consultation to discuss your ideal piece and inspirations. 

  3. A fee is required for designs to be sent to you with options to make minor changes. A down payment of 50% amount required once design is confirmed.

  4. Receive your order in 6 weeks. Outstanding amount to be paid upon receipt.

  • How long will the custom process take? 2 to 3 months.

  • Can rings be resized? Yes, we include one complimentary resize.

  • What gemstones can I get? We strive to acquire the stone of your choice, whether it’s lab-created or natural.

  • What metals can I choose? 18k yellow, white, natural white and rose gold.

  • What is the difference between natural white gold and white gold? Natural white gold has a neutral slight yellow tone and is low maintenance. Our white gold has a bright white color due to its Rhodium plating. It needs to be re-plated when the Rhodium layer wears off.

  • Do you do engravings? Yes, at additional cost depending on the type.

  • Do you do Si Dian Jin? Yes, we can do matching full sets or part thereof.
