Shipping International

We ship to most countries at a flat rate of 15SGD. As pieces are made to order, please allow up to 10 business days for your piece to be ready. Thereafter, regular shipping usually takes up to 10 days. For shipping to South Africa and UAE, please contact us for more details as shipping rates vary. YE is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the shipment of your order. Any delays or missing packages are the responsibility of the courier service once it leaves the studio. 

Returns

Returns currently not accepted, except for wrong shipments. To arrange a return, please email us and once we have received your package, a refund will be issued to you. 

PAYMENT

We accept payment via Paynow to our UEN for Singapore orders and bank transfers for International orders. Please leave us a message in our contact forms for the pieces you’d like to purchase and we’ll provide the bank details. Thank you.
